Self Portrait Project Update

I have continued working on my self portrait. I am now in the final stages of it: fixing the facial proportions and then starting the shading. I'm having trouble getting the face right, so I tried subdividing my grid. I have started redrawing the face within this new grid. I think I am making progress, but its not quite there.
